Keep it Simple Senior Travel™ Customer Policies
COVID or other illnesses: If ill before the trip, the customer is asked not to attend. Trip insurance through a company like Travel Guard is recommended. See Cancellation Policy.
During the trip, if COVID symptoms appear, the customer will be tested. If testing positive, the customer will be isolated from the rest of the customers and sent home at the customer’s expense. Masks are still recommended, but not required, on the coach or while doing other inside activities while the COVID or other pandemic is in effect. Some venues and businesses, such as theaters, may require proof of vaccination and/or masks. If the customer does not have this proof, they may not be allowed into the venue. There is no refund for missing that event.
Participation: The customer can opt out of any activity on the itinerary, but no refunds will be given for that activity. Customers who are unable to keep up with the group may need to make other arrangements. Please call with questions or suggestions.
Flights: The customer will be given arrival and departure cities/airports and times. Do not book flights until given the “go ahead” from KiSST in case the trip cancels. There is a May 1 due date for enrollment. If the customer arrives other than the given arrival time or departs other than the given departure time, travel to/from the airport is paid by the customer.
Itineraries: All itineraries are subject to change. If there is an “Act of God”, (natural disasters e.g., floods, tornados), mechanical failures, e.g., coach breakdowns, power outages, or other reasons to change the itinerary, KiSST will endeavor to substitute an equal experience. No refunds will be given for the cancelled experience.
Disruptive Customers: will be asked to leave the tour and return home at their own expense.
Cancellations: Up to 60 days prior to the trip departure date, all payments minus the 10% deposit will be returned to the customer.
After 60 days prior to the departure date, all payments minus recoverable costs will be returned. Keep it Simple Senior Travel™ will endeavor to return as much money as possible to the customer.
